Use the module to create custom made assessments on any topics as well as client or employee surveys.

Questions

Libraries are created and questions are inserted into each library. Various question types are available:

• Rating Scales
  This question will be used most often in surveys where a person can choose between different levels of a statement being most correct to least correct.

• Multiple choice
  A number of options are given to the person, of which only one option is correct.

• Multiple response
  A number of options are given to the person, of which multiple options are correct.

• Matching columns
  A learner will see column A and will have to match the correct option in column B to column A.

• Fill in the Blanks
  A learner is given a box in which to fill the answer to the question or an omitted word.

• Essay
  A question is asked and the learner is provided with a text box in which to type their answer.

• Numerical
  This question type will be used mainly for calculations where the answer is numerical.

• A library is created on the system
• Questions are created within a relevant library
• Create surveys drawing questions from various libraries
• The reporting feature will provide you with various filters allowing you to see specific details regarding each survey or assessment
