You can use this module to keep the employees and clients up to date about recent events in your organisation. Unlike the Blog Module, this module is used more formally. You can also use this module to set up newsletters that are sent to employees or clients. The module consists of Internal News and External news. Use Internal News to keep your employees up to date and External News to keep the public and your clients up to date.

Online News

• Choose whether to add the news internally, externally or both
• A full editor allows you to format text and import multimedia files such as movies, sounds or images
• Update news and events
• Remove news and events or choose to hide them
• Export to a word processing file to allow for spell checking
• Import information from certain file types such as .txt, .doc etc.

Newsletters

• Set up and maintain your internal mailing list
• Set up and maintain your external mailing list
• Set up and maintain any additional mailing lists you may require
• Create newsletter templates containing various layouts, colors and images
• Choose the template you want to use
• A full editor allows you to format text and images
• Export to a word processing file to allow for spell checking
• Import information from certain file types such as .txt, .doc etc.
• Choose you recipient mailing list and send the newsletter
