Event Management System
The Event management system is a specialized event co-ordination
system. The system is used to manage all the requirements of an event
in one easy to use system. Integration with the Contacts Module provides
a much easier system to obtain and manage event suppliers. Integration
with the Budget Module will help you track the financial side of the
event and ensure that you stay within your limits.
Key features
- Set up templates for common events in your company such as an end year function or AGM
- Set up categories and add templates to these
- When you choose the template you want to use, a copy is made of the original and saved with new details
- Change key details on the template such as dates, times and the location of the event
- View the task list as in the template
- Add, modify or remove details from your task list
- Assign tasks to users
- Print a task list
- A notification mail is sent to assigned users along with the details of the event details and URL and they can choose to accept or reject the task
- Track the completion status of each task on your list
- Enter detailed notes for each task each time something takes place on that task
- You will be notified whenever a user updates the completion status of the task or when they enter any notes
- Set up invitation templates including uploading and layout of images and formatting of text
- Once you are ready, enter the recipient details of the invitees and send the invites electronically
