The Security module links into all the other Intranet Modules giving user's access rights to the modules according to job description. This is an essential module to be used with all other Intoweb intranet modules

Security Setup
Configuration of categories on the system
- Outstanding Information Report:
shows outstanding employee information from the Intranet listed employees. Select the category that needs completion and all members whose information is not complete will be listed. Information can be modified, edited enabled/ disabled.
- Job Titles:
configuring of the job titles within the company.
- Divisions :
setting up a department and division
- Public Holiday Management:
public holidays /other are added in the field provided and removed/ deleted and can be country specific. These will be integrated through all the modules (leave/ calendar)
- Authentication of data:
regarding the configuration for the retrieving of data and access to intranet data
