This module can be used in any environment where a doctor is normal on site and they dispense medication to employees. The system is used to capture important information about the dispensing of these medications. You can also set up medical information about the employees such as allergies or other medical conditions.

With the initial entry of employees you will be required to enter all their details. After that, the system can simply be kept up to date.

• Specify any disabilities

After a visit to the physician, the system should be updated with the following details:

• Patient details
• Date of the visit
• Doctor who attended to the patient
• Nurse(s) who attended to the patient
• Patient Diagnosis
• Medications dispensed to the patient
• Follow up treatment information
• Additional notes and information
