Use the Contacts module as a central information system
on your Intranet to set up contacts for your organisation. These contacts
can be added to categories such as IT suppliers, Printing suppliers,
General Maintenance, Emergency, etc.
Categories
- Enter a category name
- Enter a category description
- Choose a color for the category
Contacts
- Company Name
- Contact person(s)
- Phone numbers
- E-mail information
- Website information
- Address details
- Additional notes
General Tasks
- Various views such as category, alphabetical and date created
- Search for a contact using various filtering options
- Print contacts
