Intranet HR Calendaring System

This module consists of a calendar that will allow you schedule events in your company such as your annual meeting, end year function and team building events. You can integrate the Corporate Calendar with the Human Resources Employees module in order to keep the employee list up to date.

Features

• Choose the date and time of the event
• Choose the employees to invite to the event
• A notification will be sent to all the employees that are set up in the system
• They will be able to accept or decline the invitation
• The system will receive the feedback and update the calendar information
• Draw a report on the number of people invited, how many declined and how many accepted
