Intranet HR Time and Attendance module
The Time and Attendance module is designed to keep track
of the activities attendance of employees. The system features time
projected and taken on project, and various reporting systems. This
module has various features that allow managers to see how employees
spend their time and how much time is spent on meetings. This allows
them to track how much time is spent on one particular client or project
and as a result, costs can be calculated more accurately.
Administrative Features
- Set up default working hours for the calendars
- Draw reports on work done per employee or per project
- Draw a report to view the daily reports for each employee
User Features
Calendar
- Users can set up appointments and meetings
- Recurring meetings can be scheduled
- Set their time as busy or available
- Make appointments public or private
- If appointments are public, other users can see when they are busy
to avoid double bookings
- Assign calendars to other users to enable them to see details of
your appointments and create appointments for you
- If a person is not assigned to your calendar, they can check your
times and request your presence
- Manage other user's calendars that are assigned to you
- Receive reminders about your appointments
- Users who are assigned to your calendar will also receive reminders
Tasks
- Create task lists
- Assign start and due dates to your tasks
- Enter the completion status of tasks
- Assign tasks to other employees
- Track the completion status of tasks assigned to other employees
- Receive task reminders
Daily Reports
- A reminder is sent at the end of the day to enter your report for the day
- Enter the amount spent on a project and the project details
- Submit the report
