Incident Reporting

Keeping track of employee transgression and action taken against a transgression is extremely important within any organization to ensure specific standards are maintained and legal course is taken, should the need arise.

This module provides the user with a tool to document incident type, action taken and outcome of incidents in the form of a report. The system further allows for the relevant documents to be uploaded into the database.

The incidents are listed by date and allow the user to Edit existing reports, as well as Add new incident information if so required.
