Payment Requisition:
Payment Requisitions
Payment requests are sent using Payment Requisitions facility.
Using this facility you can search for existing payees or
create a new payee.
Edit details or create new payee:
Create payees before requesting a payment. It is also wise
to ensure that payee details are correct before requesting
a payment.
The options include:
- Create, view and edit the personal and banking details
of the payee
- Viewing the account status of the payee
- Editing the Department, Division and Account details
- Force bank details check
- View requisitions
- Payment Adjustments
- Convert a company to a person or vice versa
- Suspension
New Requisition:
Once you are ready to submit a payment, you will create
a new requisition for the payee. The system allows you to
use details previously entered if you should need to do
bulk payments where some details are similar.
Other available options:
- Change payment type - Once Off, Recurring, Cheque or
Journal
- Upload and attach multiple invoices if necessary
- Modify the account allocation
