Features
Password Request:
Access passwords are frequently forgotten. The system
allows the user to request their password from any Super
User Administrator.
User:
If the user forgets their access details, they can click
on the Forgot Password button on the login page. They will
be required to enter their e-mail address. A notification
will be sent to the Super User Administrators and they will
have to reset and send the password.
Super User Administrator:
When the Super User Administrator is logged into the system,
they will see a notification for a password request. They
can then reset and send the password to the user. The user
will receive an e-mail with their login details.
