Email Configuration
The E-mail configuration facility is used to set up notifications
to other users in the system. Users set up payees, send
requisitions and perform other actions in the system. When,
for example, a payee is rejected or a bank payment bounces,
you can use this facility to send an e-mail notification
to the user working with those aspects. You can choose the
frequency of these notification and you can deactivate the
notification at any time without having to remove it from
the system.
Users are notified of the following:
- Requisition deadline reached
- Requisition undeleted
- Requisition rejected
- Requisition exported
- Requisition recurring period ended
- Bank payment bounced
- Payee rejected
