Division Department and Account Administration
This facility allows you to view, create, modify and remove
divisions, departments and accounts. Division is the top
level in the hierarchy. Departments are created within a
division, and accounts within a department. The accounts
added into the system are the account names that you use
in your accounting package. Exporting them from your accounting
program and importing them into the Financial Management
System also allows for the account code to be obtained,
thus allowing exporting of data to your accounting package.
