The audit trails allows you to monitor actions that are performed in
the system. Once you have chosen the relevant fields and
clicked to view the audit trail, a text file is generated
which you can save or open. There are two audit trails that
you can do:
- Admin Audit Trail
This audit tracks the actions that users perform for a
specific period. For example, you can see who deleted
users, who inserted a company and who updated a project.
The audit can be tracked for a single user by entering
their name in the area available, or for all the users
by leaving the input area blank. You can furthermore choose
the actions that you want to view by using the checkboxes.
- Payment Audit Trail
Use this audit to track payees that have been paid during
a specific period. You will see who the payee is, the
user who performed the payment.
